This little kettle is excellent! I wasn’t expecting much for the price, since so many other electric pour-over kettles are priced in the stratosphere. But it heats to a boil lightening fast, shuts off automatically and pours extremely well and accurately. No, it doesn’t have thermometers and temperature settings…I just let it sit for 20 or 30 seconds after it clicks off and the light goes out, then pour as usual and the temperature seems to be ideal (albeit not documented by a digital dial) to make great pour-over coffee. Freshly ground beans at the proper grind setting, let it bloom for 30 seconds, circular pour, brew and enjoy. Easy and extremely quick. I leave the lid off to let it dry after each use, and, over one year of daily use, the inside is spotless…no rust or stains of any kind. Works flawlessly, small footprint on the counter, and looks great.
