I got a multifunction counter top oven recently and parchment paper is a great item to not have to clean as much, and prevent food from sticking to pans and basket trays. I tried this with something that sometimes leaks through a single sheet white parchment. It still did nice for browning and for non-stick, the food was one of my favorites, crab cakes. I make a sandwich out of them, with cocktail sauce and lettuce on an onion roll that I brown to make it crisp. I cook the cakes a little lower…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Can be difficult to work with in humid conditions

Heavy Duty - Superior Quality

It seems all other brands we tried over the past year or so have been failing in performance (when previously they were of high quality) either by being less non-stick and/or too thin and/or rated for temperatures up to 428* (when they used to be rated at 450*) and/or packaged in "boxes” that easily fall apart and/or cutters that do not cut after the first five to ten uses and/or hold the odour of wet cardboard.THIS PARCHMENT PAPER AND PACKAGING SOLVES EACH OF THESE COMPLAINTS.OVERALL A…

Pros
  • Roasting veggies. Pocket meals. Contains fish odors.
Cons
  • Can leave residue on baking pans

I needed another size of parchment paper.

I use parchment paper quite frequently. The rolls I am currently using are wider. I wanted some not quite as wide and this is it. This will last quite awhile as you can reuse pieces depending what you bake and at what temperature. This is great to line a cookie sheet, a Dutch oven while baking, and other bread bakers. Clean up is almost non existent and things don’t stick to parchment paper. Just be careful and keep your bake temperature under 450 F degrees and away from heating elements and…

Pros
  • A little thinner than what I'm used to but it did the job.
Cons
  • Expensive compared to traditional parchment paper

I'd never considered parchment paper before

Having reduced my intake of carbohydrates, I don't make bakery goods. Therefore I'd never considered parchment paper which I associated with biscuits, cookies, and sweet rolls. This product description said "for Cooking, Air Fryer, Grilling, Steaming" and broadened my horizons.I often "grill" vegetables, especially yellow squash spears, in a 350℉ oven on a baking sheet. I've been using aluminum foil to line the baking sheet in order to prevent sticking and to make cleanup easier. While I put…

Pros
  • Roll is correct width for standard half sheet pan so no extra paper trimming to fit
Cons
  • Takes up significant storage space

Great parchment paper

Great paper that works really well! I use this paper in all of my baking when I make things like cookies. I also trace a circle on it and make a liner for my pizza turner oven and it keeps me from having to clean it all the time. The only thing to keep in mind about using it something like a pizza turner is if the paper isn't fully weighted down, it will curl with heat and then it can touch an electric heating element and catch fire instantly. I had it happen a couple times but learned my…

Pros
  • Big roll. Keeps food from sticking. I like that it’s unbleached.
Cons
  • May not offer the same level of non-stick properties as other products

Good parchment paper

So far so good. We have used this for baking bread as well as for lining baking pans for other dishes. It does not stick (unless you get it folded into a loaf of bread, but that is user error), and holds up to being baked, just keep an eye on recipe temperatures. Very good to have on hand, comparable to other varieties/brands we have used.

Pros
  • Yup
Cons
  • Can be difficult to find in stores

Why turn brown from white?

Set to heat up mozzarella with 450F 10min, after 3min i notice the parchment paper started to turn brown, i was so worry and stand infront of the stove till it done, lucky didnt burn but im not sure why it turn brown.I think i will use it for steam instead, not comfortable for oven use unless i figure out why it turn brown.

Pros
  • Food Grade Parchment Paper: SMARTAKE parchment paper roll is made of natural wood pulp. Non-toxic and food-grade baking paper sheets are perfect for baking, grilling, frying, and steaming, can withstand temperatures up to 450°F. Assured quality allows you to bake with confidence!
Cons
  • May not provide enough coverage for certain cooking projects

Quality parchment - my new review

In addition to being good parchment, which I use a lot in cooking and baking, this brand has a unique and very handy tear-off feature. The top folds back on itself so you can apply pressure at the blade line. This makes for clean cuts and no fuss. I appreciate that.

Pros
  • The paper can safely withstand high temperatures of up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, making it perfect for use in ovens, air fryers, and steamers
Cons
  • Can burn or discolor if left in the oven too long

Great for baking. for my opinion

This is awesome! It's already in sheets that fit our pans! So perfect, no more cutting or tearing paper. It's non-stick, too! Very thick, this works for baking almost anything. I love it and will buy again!

Pros
  • SMARTAKE
Cons
  • Can adhere to itself when trying to separate sheets

Convenient for cooking

I like how parchment paper makes it easier to handle food or help with cooking. The roll lets me use how much I need with an easy tear and it can handle the heat of cooking.

Pros
  • Nice for money
Cons
  • Lacks durability

works as expected: my feedback

I'm new to using parchment paper, but it works as I expected it would. The box is sturdy and the tear/cut strip works well. Haven't broiled with it yet; I know this can be a trickier proposition

Pros
  • Thickness & easy to use
Cons
  • Requires careful storage to prevent damage

Baking Season Must Have!

Well, its that time of year - fruitcake to bake, cookies to bake by the dozens, and of course lots of entertaining. Nothing is more in demand at this time of the year in my kitchen than a big roll of parchment paper for lining pans & cookie sheets, making cake decorating bags and even cooking in.At 13 inches wide, this is the perfect size for most baking pans and cookie sheets and 164 feet of parchment means you can just keep right on lining pans, handy for baking marathons. Most of the year I…

Pros
  • Non-Toxic: The paper is completely non-toxic, making it safe to use for all your cooking needs
Cons
  • Can be slippery to handle when unrolling

DO NOT ORDER - only send 1 roll not 2

The advertised amount is 2 rolls for the price. I received 1 roll. I had to do a replacement to try and get my order correctly. The replacement was AGAIN only 1 roll. This is a very expensive and time-consuming issue. I had to do 2 returns. WASTE OF MY TIME

Pros
  • Liked box. Liked size. Liked price.
Cons
  • Easily tears

450* parchment 13” upgraded roll

I use parchment paper regularly because I cook every day and it’s less clean up. I ordered this particular product because it has a higher oven safe temperature and I make a lot of pizza at 450. I was pleasantly surprised by the simple but thoughtful plastic end caps that dispense the paper really smoothly. Works great.

Pros
  • Quality product! Great value! Quick delivery.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in professional kitchens

A great deal on parchment paper

The SMARTAKE Parchment Paper Roll, 13 in x 164 ft, 177 Sq.Ft of Baking Paper with Metal Cutter, is an excellent value. The paper itself is very good and comes in a very usable width. The box is strong and should last until the paper has all been used. I especially like the cutter on the box. It cuts easily and accurately. I highly recommend this parchment paper

Pros
  • all good on this product.
Cons
  • Can be difficult to separate from the roll

No More Greasy Cookie Sheets

Recipes were always saying "place on parchment paper to bake" but I never had any. At last, I can dispense with greasing my cookie sheet and instead place parchment paper on it instead. This is a substantial roll in a sturdy box with a cutting edge (like you see on boxes of aluminum foil, etc.). You can pull out just the amount needed for your particular pan and tear it off. This can be used in a microwave too.

Pros
  • Parchment
Cons
  • Cannot be recycled

Works great - my new review

With Christmas around the corner it will be cookie making central here. This parchment paper saves me from having to wash the pans over and over again just a quick wipe down and ready for next batch lined with new piece of parchment paper down on the pan.

Pros
  • Excellent Packaging Cartons: We provide a rectangular packaging carton for each parchment roll. Our cartons are more sturdy and thick than other cartons and could better protect the baking paper inside. The trays inside could stabilize the paper roll, making it is not easy to slide during use.
Cons
  • May stick to other items in the kitchen during storage

Thin but works!: my feedback

I use a lot of parchment paper for cooking and woodwork glue ups.I usually buy Costco parchment but my local store hasn't had it for a few weeks so I ordered this.Compared to the Costco brand this paper is much thinner. For some cooking applications that might not be a bad thing but I prefer a thicker parchment paper especially for woodworking.

Pros
  • Love how big the rolls are! You can cut them to any length you need it.
Cons
  • Not eco-friendly

Perfect Parchment: my feedback

I am a home baker, and go through a lot of parchment paper. This is durable, non-stick, and comes with a lot of paper for the price! Will purchase again!

Pros
  • Great quality and amount of parchment. Perfect for your needs. Great cut every time.
Cons
  • Can affect cooking times

Excellent quality! - my new review

Product could be used for many different applications. From baking, to cooking dinner. Great quality For the price. Not recommended for lining baking sheets with raised edges!

Pros
  • The parchment paper is non-stick, making it perfect for baking cookies, pastries, and bread, and ensuring that your food releases from the pan without any hassle or damage
Cons
  • Not recommended for lining baking sheets with raised edges
