Having reduced my intake of carbohydrates, I don't make bakery goods. Therefore I'd never considered parchment paper which I associated with biscuits, cookies, and sweet rolls. This product description said "for Cooking, Air Fryer, Grilling, Steaming" and broadened my horizons.I often "grill" vegetables, especially yellow squash spears, in a 350℉ oven on a baking sheet. I've been using aluminum foil to line the baking sheet in order to prevent sticking and to make cleanup easier. While I put the used aluminum foil in the recycling container, it has seemed wasteful to me to go through so much aluminum foil. Using parchment paper seems like it might be more environmentally friendly. It certainly works OK, not only for the vegetables but also for pork chops baked in the same oven.
