Thin but works!: my feedback

I use a lot of parchment paper for cooking and woodwork glue ups.I usually buy Costco parchment but my local store hasn't had it for a few weeks so I ordered this.Compared to the Costco brand this paper is much thinner.
For some cooking applications that might not be a bad thing but I prefer a thicker parchment paper especially for woodworking.

Pros

Love how big the rolls are! You can cut them to any length you need it.

Cons

Not eco-friendly

Seem thicker than the white bleached sheets, but just as nonstick and easy to use in air fryer.
