Bands are not "heavy " enough
These resistance loops are "okay", definitely not great. The extra heavy black band is more like a medium band. These might be useful for someone who doesn't have much strength (like in physical therapy setting), but they definitely aren't "heavy" enough for people of normal strength who want to use them for weight training workouts.I'm a 6' 130lb woman and my main forms of exercise are yoga and running. I am in no way shape or form a super strong person.
