Great Dashboard Building Tool - Has Some Bugs

I like that it is easy to use, and you can customize your dashboard as much or as little as you want. You can also add more fields to your data sources if needed. It's not very intuitive to setup the connections between your data sources. It took me a lot of time to figure out how to get it working correctly. Also, there are some bugs with the software which causes errors when trying to access the dashboard. This was a great tool for creating dashboards quickly. We were able to create many…

ThinkVAL - Great product & great support

There are many features within this solution that I like, for example being able to see reports in so few clicks is awesome! It can be difficult if you're not very technical, however it's also really easy with just about any training or help from their team. So far there have been no issues but we've only had limited time getting up to speed as an organisation. We use thinkval primarily to provide our management teams with historical reporting across multiple areas such as sales performance and

Easy-to use interface, great functionality for reporting purposes - ability easily pull in customer information from other platforms (Salesforce). The software is priced reasonably compared with its depth and breadth/usefulness when working as an aggregator across multiple sources or customers who have their own CRM system but are not using it effectively e.g.: SalesForce1st sales2nd field teams etc.). Best BI solution available anywhere

I like that it works with our existing database, is easy for anyone in my organization to use (even if they don't have SQL experience), has lots of great features out-of-the box, and integrates well into Salesforce CRM system. It's also very stable - we've never had any issues or complaints about crashes/restarts etc. We're using this product as an analytics tool so its functionality fits perfectly within what we need from it.
