I like that it is easy to use, and you can customize your dashboard as much or as little as you want. You can also add more fields to your data sources if needed. I like that it works with our existing database, is easy for anyone in my organization to use (even if they don't have SQL experience), has lots of great features out-of-the box, and integrates well into Salesforce CRM system. It's also very stable - we've never had any issues or complaints about crashes/restarts etc. We're using this product as an analytics tool so its functionality fits perfectly within what we need from it.
