Easy-to use interface, great functionality for reporting purposes - ability easily pull in customer information from other platforms (Salesforce). The software is priced reasonably compared with its depth and breadth/usefulness when working as an aggregator across multiple sources or customers who have their own CRM system but are not using it effectively e.g.: SalesForce1st sales2nd field teams etc.). It allows you to create reports that would never be easy otherwise i think? If your organisation has more than one application then this will allow all applications work together so no need duplication which can help reduce costs over time; also gives flexibility if another solution comes along down track! I love how simple some functions like creating new fields within existing tables are too just adding them into drop downs rather than having complex screens full off options!! Also really helpful during training sessions.
