Great customer service and strong technical understanding

I like that they are always willing to help with any questions you have throughout your project - especially when it comes time for implementation! The platform does not look as user friendly/intuitive once launched into an organization (even if you use their training). They also had some issues completing our surveys at one point during development which took them longer than expected or budgeted. We were able solve this issue but we did need extra support from Salesforce's team who helped us…

  • It’s great seeing people get excited over something new being introduced because now everyone gets access just simply via web browser instead having limited accessibility prior where only certain groups could utilize these types cloud products effectively

The system has helped us to automate our processes for collecting information from customers in regards to their feedbacks or comments regarding products that we sell at certain stores throughout Saudi Arabia (KSA). This helps ensure consistency with what's being said about each product as well ensuring accuracy & timeliness which are key attributes when it comes down to keeping track of important client info! I do not have any dislikes because this software does exactly what its meant to be…

Simple Platform, Great Customer Service

I like the fact that Lola Grove is very transparent and easy to work with. The team is always willing to help and get back to you so quickly. I have not yet used the platform for customer service but I am confident they will deliver. The fact that the platform is easy to use and the team are always available to help. Great platform for lead generation and research

I like that it has an easy to use interface with lots of options for customization, as well as being able to export your results in many formats so you can send them off if needed without having to have someone else do this work (e.g., sending reports via email). The price point was also very reasonable compared to other platforms we were considering at the time.
