I like that it has an easy to use interface with lots of options for customization, as well as being able to export your results in many formats so you can send them off if needed without having to have someone else do this work (e.g., sending reports via email). The price point was also very reasonable compared to other platforms we were considering at the time. There are some things about their platform which could be improved - e.g., they should make sure there's more than one way to get back into the app after closing out of something or going offline. We used Lola Grove when doing research prior to hiring our digital marketing agency. It allowed us to build up lists from different sources quickly & easily while keeping track of what people had already said yes/no to. This helped give us confidence when reaching out to prospects later down the line!
