Great tool especially helpful now days

I liked that it was easy to use, had pretty clear documentation for how everything worked so there wasn't any confusion along with the other features (notifications etc). It's not free which is something we didn’t like since everyone has different needs as far as notifications goes but overall this service seemed fairly great once you got used to using them properly! We were able to get almost all of our email/alerts routed correctly without too much extra work from staff members who may otherwise have been confused about why certain alerts weren’t being picked up by some systems or others depending on where they happened in their day. The only thing i don’t love specifically are the emails sent out at night when nothing else happens during those times - makes us look very unprofessional sometimes if an employee gets wokenup mid-day and finds these messages waiting for him / her after hours even though its just another alert going through normal channels. I like that it's easy to set up, and is very flexible. It has a lot of features and can be customized to fit your needs. The support team is also great, they are always willing to help you out with any questions or problems you may have. There isn't anything I dislike about this product. Give it a try! It's worth it! We use flapjacks for our internal notifications. It allows us to send alerts to multiple people at once, and we can customize the alerts so that they only go to certain people.
