Great solution when paired well along side another software

I like that it's easy to set up, integrates with other systems (such as Slack), has integrations for multiple services/apps including Zapier & Intercom-all of which are useful! It also provides some basic analytics around user activity via graphs or charts but this is not very helpful in itself if you're looking at more detailed data points about their usage patterns over time.- Not much else really - just make sure your team uses one so they can benefit from all its features without having too many customisations required by each individual member / department within an organisation using them together. We've been able use our own internal ticketing system called Zendesk alongside intercooler notifications sent out through slack channels where we have both teams working collaboratively across different projects etc.
