A big design flaw with

This is so close to a 5 star product. But due to a major design flaw, it gets 2 stars. When I attach it to my dog's harness, the clip doesn't have enough play to close. As such, it never fully engages. What's the point of using a dog harness that doesn't snap onto a dog's harness? This is a complete waste of money. I can't believe this passed the test. Of course, other harnesses for dogs do not have this problem.
