My schnauzer and I love this! She gets tired on our long walks so when she wants to be pulled, she goes to the backpack and sits down & waits for me to put her inside. I bought this travel bag for my 5 month 22lb lab puppy. Since he isn’t registered as a ESA or a service animal he was required to go in a bag that fit under the seat. What I liked about this bag is that it was comfortable for him. He’d lay in it and go right to sleep when it was time to travel. I know the bag may appear to not seem like it would fit under the seat but it did! (We flew southwest) and it rarely helps if you take out the bottom piece on the outside to help it really fit more snug.

I barely made it around the block twice. Most of the time I had to use this in backpack mode because when I took it onto my newly paved road I found that the wheels are no good on the street, too small and no vibration absorption. My 12 pound Pekingese won’t get out of the Medium size! He loves it so much - we wheeled him around our driveway while our 9 pound Dachshund tried to join in the fun. the concept is fine but we used it for a 10kg dog and the Backpack carrying strap came loose and after fixing it the structure of the backpack broke - admitted - we overloaded by 1.8kgs but this should still not have happened (plus carrzing is not very comfortable as the straps cut into the shoulders - so some dollars more for somer upholstering of the straps and strengthening of the structure would make it a great product.

I just received this carrier this afternoon, and although it sounded as if it would be easy to assemble, attaching the "base plate" on the bottom was nearly impossible. I have never in my life had so much difficulty inserting "male tubes into female receptors"! I flew on both a 737-700 and 737-800 plane through Southwest and was never hassled by flight attendants and this carrier was never measured for size. We went South West. Had no problem with the size of the carrier. But my puppy was just way to big. I purchased the carrier 2 weeks prior. When I received her I had to squish get in the carrier. I would suggest buying CBD oil to help your animal relax. The handle was helpful. And you can gain a few more inches by not attaching the insert. Poppy is a 20lb mixed breed and afraid of new things. We practiced rolling around our apartment grounds. Just took a train trip with her and this carrier preformed beautifully. She was comfortable and the carrier was very easy to use. It is sturdy, attractive and suited Poppy's needs. She slept the whole trip.

I used this backpack almost every day with my puppy. I bought the small because he was 3 lbs and wasn't supposed to be more than 10 lbs. He is now 15 lbs and can walk on a leash so I don't use it any more but it was extremely convenient when I needed it.

I would add a blanket to make it cozy. My dogs are not used to going in it but it helps me maintain my barking dog. I wish I can fit both my dogs in it.

Its exactly what I wanted! I use it primarily as a car seat for my eight lb dog. I can remove her from the car in it and easily roll or carry her around when shopping or just out and about . It is great for plane travel as it fits under the plane seat with ease. I highly recommend this for anyone who is on the go with their fur baby.

I bought both the large size and the medium size. Let’s start with the large:I flew Delta on an A220-100 and the gate agent gave me SUCH a hard time.
