My dog absolutely loves it! She is about 13 lbs and pretty long and fits fine. She loves sleeping in it as well thanks to the comfortable pad in there! Setup was a little difficult and I’m sure I still didn’t set it up correctly lol but so far no issues. Love that it also had pockets on the sides as well as straps to carry my dog on my back. Get this ASAP! Prefer this over those dog carries you hold in your hands or those plastic travel ones with the gate on them!

My 10lb 1ft Miniature Dachshund fit perfectly inside his carrier. I spent a few days getting him acquainted to his carrier before he took his first airplane ride on Spirit Airline. He enjoyed rolling through the airport and laying comfortably until our flight. Unfortunately it took a lot of jimmying him under the seat and most of it poked out from under the seat in front of me. But he seemed comfortable which was great and I could unzip the top to pet him during turbulence.

This is a good product it’s just the metal piece on the bottom of the bag fell off wen it hit bumps in the street. I couldn’t put the metal piece in the hole idk why but it wasn’t going through. my dog don’t like being inside but she not used to it and she’ll get used to it eventually. oh even wen I pull her with the rolling section part I feel like her head be hitting the bag wen I be walking.

The problem: my dog has a collapsing trachea and the slightest pull on his harness sets off his coughing.The solution: this carrier on wheels.Some perspective: my dog is a 15-pound poodle/shih tux mix with long legs. He fits and seems to be comfortable, but I wouldn’t want to keep him in it for a long time. The carrier is easy to handle and the ride is smooth. For travel the wheels can be removed so it fits under the seat. Not ideal for my long legged boy, but ideal for most short legged dogs…

First time flying with my dog. I bought a large. He is a 21 lb Cavalier King Charles. He was able to sit and lay comfortably in the carrier. When on the plane, remove the hard back bottom to fit beneath the seat. It is easily removable and reattached. I got a window seat, which allowed me to wedge the bottom at the edge of my seat/arm rail when detached.

This is a really nice bag. We travel with our 12 lb cat on a ferry on weekends and wanted to replace our older wheeled backpack with something a little larger and more comfortable for him. I have owned two for my 12 lb. Large cat. The first was medium size and the bottom opened up. We assumed we needed the large one due to her weigh and size. After reading reviews and watching videos, I now know none of the metal supports were included in either of my orders causing the carrier to be less stable. This backpack seems to be good quality I’m just a little upset that the one I received seems to have been used. there was dog hair on the puppy pad that goes on the inside. Which can make any puppy owner nervous because we don’t know if the dog that used this had parvo or any other infections. It was very small! We have a Frenchie and multipoo both about 20lbs and it was too small for either one of them. It seemed great, nice and sturdy just too small. Better for small and toy sized fur babies.

The back panel is not attached to the bottom. I did not notice this until someone pointed out to me that my cat's paw was hanging out of this area and nearly touching the sidewalk.He also was able to easily escape the bag through that area. Luckily, we were indoors the only time that he realized this.

After removing the crosswise ‘bar’ and bottom plate, I had trouble collapsing it so it would fit under the airline seat in front of me. Maybe it will get easier with practice. Other than that, it was so nice to roll it through the airport with my pup in tow. Using it as a backpack proved to be more comfortable than I anticipated.

I absolutely love this carrier for my chihuahua. She's 15 and goes everywhere with me. I purchased the large one because she likes to lay a certain way now that she's older. Plenty of room, sturdy and very affordable. I buckle her up in the car then I hang her on the front of my walker and away we go to do errands.
