17 Lb Bag Of Royal Canin Adult Dry Dog Food For Medium Breeds Review

My dogs told me they love, love, love this product. They would eat the entire bag in one sitting if they could. I like the fact that there is no dusty broken kibble at the bottom of the bag like some other highly rated dog foods. My littles eat the mini size adult and labby eats the medium size adult. Although one of my little piggish Chihuahuas will devour the biggie food if he gets a chance.

I personally didn't taste it, but my dog eats it without complaining. This was the brand my vet recommended for our husky.

We have two Whippets, and I go through 1 bag of this a month total. the best thing about this food, besides that the VET recommended it as super-good for our dogs? Any gas they have doesn't stink. Oh my goodness that is so wonderful! And they don't have hardly any gas after eating this product, unlike cheaper brands we have tried. The difference is night and day. I’ve tried several brands of dog food and by far this is my favorite. My dogs fur is so much softer / sheds a lot less from eating this and my dog loves the taste. She is 22 pounds and the size of the food was perfect for her.

My mini-Australian Shepherd loves this food. He can be a picky eater and sometimes waits until lunch to eat his breakfast but for 3 years, every day he eats 2 cups of this food and never gets stomach problems. We mix one cup of the regular with one cup of the sensitive tummy to keep him regular which helps.

My dog did not used to eat a lot, seemed like she just wasn't hungry. Not any more, I didn't expect that big of a change with this food but she loves it beyond all other brands. My dog started on this food in his shelter so we stuck with it. Two years later he still seems to enjoy it. And, it stayed fresh in the bag during a very humid summer. Other food got stale.

I purchased this 30 lb bag and the kibbles are way to big for my adult dog because he is an adult but a small dog. I had him on the Royal Canin GI diet and was told by vet I can keep him on the same food just doesn't have to be GI and I had noooo idea that the kibbles would be so big. My dog choked and vomit. My dogs love this food. I have tried so many different kinds of food including two varieties of fresh food. My boys are beagles and will most anything, but some of those pricey fresh foods are not so great. This is the best quality dry food that I have found.

I switched my Airedale to this food from a sensitive formula of another brand. We already have the German Shepherd on RC for GSDs. First thing I noticed was she would dig out her old kibble and leave it beside her food bowl but this was all gone. Then noticed her stools were a lot firmer and not as much waste. If her skin and coat clears up then we have a winner.
