This is a good product it’s just the metal piece on the bottom of the bag fell off wen it hit bumps in the street. I couldn’t put the metal piece in the hole idk why but it wasn’t going through. my dog don’t like being inside but she not used to it and she’ll get used to it eventually. oh even wen I pull her with the rolling section part I feel like her head be hitting the bag wen I be walking.
