Review on KOPEKS Deluxe Backpack Pet Travel Carrier With Double Wheels - Approved By Most Airlines For Airline Travel by Tyler Fountas

I have owned two for my 12 lb. Large cat. The first was medium size and the bottom opened up. We assumed we needed the large one due to her weigh and size. After reading reviews and watching videos, I now know none of the metal supports were included in either of my orders causing the carrier to be less stable. If you order this one make sure you have the metal piece that slides into the mesh to keep it stiff and the two short metal bars that fit on the bottom to make it more sturdy. I've had the large for a few months. Does anyone know how to get missing parts?9/9/2021 Update: I contacted Kopeks directly. Customer service responded to say they are sending the missing parts and will update this review after I receive them.
