This backpack seems to be good quality I’m just a little upset that the one I received seems to have been used. there was dog hair on the puppy pad that goes on the inside. Which can make any puppy owner nervous because we don’t know if the dog that used this had parvo or any other infections. I was going to send it back but I really needed it for my trip the following day so I scrubbed the backpack really good and washed the pad with bleach and sprayed the whole backpack down with Lysol and let it air out over night. Thankfully my puppy is showing no signs of illness but still feel that it’s not right to send an used item when the buyer chose to purchase NEW.
