This is a really nice bag. We travel with our 12 lb cat on a ferry on weekends and wanted to replace our older wheeled backpack with something a little larger and more comfortable for him. This bag is huge. Lots of comfortable space for standing and lying down comfortably and the soft padding that sits on both the bottom and back is a great feature. The padding velcros in and can be removed for cleaning. Good ventilation with lots of mesh panels to keep things cool and there are two zipped pockets for carrying necesary items. There are even straps in the back that allow a seatbelt to be threaded through to secure the bag in the car. All really cool features.Problem with it is that when it arrived, most of the zippers were already zipped, except the left side one that allows it to fold and they all had an opening behind the zipper where it had already been zipped and the teeth were not meshed as they should be. Moving the zipper back and forth fixed the issue and closed the openings but it didn't provide a feeling of security that it wouldn't happen again while traveling which could be really bad. I really wanted to like this bag as it seems to have a lot of great features and I think it would be really comfortable for whatever pet is riding in it but the zipper security issue is too big to take the chance. Sadly, we are returning it.
