I bought both the large size and the medium size. Let’s start with the large:I flew Delta on an A220-100 and the gate agent gave me SUCH a hard time. Even though I had checked with a Delta rep prior to buying the carrier that it would be fine… spent an hour fighting with the Delta rep. Photos uploaded are the large carrier. It fit but if my dog wasn’t comfortable curling up really small, it would not have worked. He is 30 lbs (also Delta tried to tell me that dogs over 25 lbs can’t fly carry on…) The bottom hard piece is detachable and rolling the carrier around the airport, the bottom piece detached multiple times.As for the medium size, it did NOT arrive as a backpack-style carrier with a handle. It is the same color scheme but your standard duffel-bag style carrier. It came with 4 wheels but no handle. It had a duffel strap, not sure if I was supposed to drag the carrier with that?
