It worked well. My pup was just way too big!
We went South West. Had no problem with the size of the carrier. But my puppy was just way to big. I purchased the carrier 2 weeks prior. When I received her I had to squish get in the carrier. I would suggest buying CBD oil to help your animal relax. The handle was helpful. And you can gain a few more inches by not attaching the insert. I put a picture of my 12 week old puppy for your reference. She's just huge! LOL! Hope it helps!Zero complaints!
