The pivoting portion of the mount floats freely and cannot lock the pivot position. For real?!?! This is unacceptable. You invest about $400 in speakers, another $80 in expensive mounts, your time and energy, and some fine-tuning of your AV system to have a speaker that can be moved by anyone at any time. I have three Flexson mounts but this is the first one I've bought for the Sonos One. I've always been hesitant to buy Flexson mounts as they are (IMHO) too expensive. This mount confirms my belief that Flexson mounts just aren't worth the money. They are overpriced and I will spend a lot of time avoiding future purchases. Also, I bought the mounts on Wednesday (sale) and they won't show up until next Monday. So besides the ridiculous price, Flexson doesn't even have the decency to ship items with two-day delivery, as Revain guarantees. So goodbye Flexson, you lost me as a customer. Maybe you can get others to buy your overpriced but surprisingly mediocre items.
