These sleeves helped a lot! My 3 year old daughter would pull her hair out at night when she was falling asleep and while she was sleeping and put it on her pacifier. She was almost bald on her head. Removing the pacifier didn't help because she still needs comfort at night. Those sleeves prevent her from pulling her hair out as her arms are covered in satin. It's too soft to grab your hair. After weeks of wearing sleeves, her hair has grown back! There is no more hair on her nipple! Size down if you are not sure about the size. Sometimes my daughter takes them off at night. A small button to fasten or a sweater option would be better. Although it was great!
