Arctix Youth Pants Reinforced: Large Boys' Clothing for Active Adventures Review

I ordered 2 pairs of winter pants for my granddaughters. The couple, who were supposed to have knees reinforced with flowers, turned out to be different from the photo. They were all the same color and no flower patches on their knees. Was disappointed. We'll update the post when we see how they perform in the cold and snow.

Used for the first time on a light rain/fog ski day. After about 2-3 hours my son felt wet inside. Water seeped through the seams on the back and thighs, most likely from sitting on a wet lift.

I bought these for my 8 year old to wear on skis this year and they fit perfectly! They warmed him in the cold snow! I will definitely be buying a second pair when we are back in the mountains!

The winter pants seem to be of good quality, now we're just waiting for good snow to test them. Although we ordered a coral color with reinforced knees. Pants are not the same as in the photo. The color we got is solid coral with no cute flowers on the knee. My daughter was a bit upset, but we're probably only keeping them because they've had returns/exchange issues lately.

My daughter loves the white color, they were very affordable and suited us well so I would recommend them. The Velcro straps at the waist are adjustable, allowing us to tighten the strap area as much as possible. My daughter said she was afraid her pants would fall off, but she survived our snow adventure with no problems. She is 9 years old and usually fits medium sizes perfectly (e.g. Target's Cat & Jack brand) and we thought the leg length was good, especially with boots, but the waist area…

I bought these for my 7 and 6 year olds and love that they are just pants and not a full set. So stay warm and dry for her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS. I'll be sure to buy them again when they're ready for the next size up.

These are really good winter pants for the price. They're a bit big but should fit next year so I'm not complaining. Also, they are worn over regular pants to keep your child warm. I have a pair in lavender and they are adorable. They are durable and last for multiple seasons (if my child isn't having too many growth spurts).

For a husky on the side, the coat length should be shorter. The long trousers reached far past my toes and covered my entire foot. Waist size is perfect. Need trimming on legs. This is for a big kid.

I ordered both a medium and large size and neither fit my daughter. The average size was too short for a 5 foot tall and the plus size waist was too big for her small 70 pound body, even with the ability to close with Velcro. Too bad because they are of good quality and at a good price.

These are great snow pants. They keep you warm and dry. White wasn't the best color for an 8 year old but was a great product.

I was delighted to receive these pants for my daughter but was very disappointed when I opened them. The trousers had large black fringes on the legs and buttocks, and one of the fasteners was missing at the waist. Quality of material seemed good but sending worn and dirty clothes in anticipation of a new item was a big disappointment. The color is also more yellow-green than neon yellow as can be seen in the picture.

The pants are warm, so if you only use them on a very cold and dry day, they will do. However, they are not waterproof or even truly waterproof. Your baby will have wet skin in just a few minutes. Don't even think about sitting in the snow in these pants. Buy another option if snow is your plan.

My little granddaughter could hardly put them on. Usually there are 10 sizes. When they are on, they are so tight that you cannot ski in them.

Had to go up a size for my 9 year old as she is a bit tall. I'm a size 14 - a bit big in the waist but I know it will fit next winter. Good quality!

The quality is good but the size is small. I bought my son a size 18 but it didn't fit him. He normally wears a size 16 but wished he had more room. Be sure to buy a size or two larger than your child normally wears!

My son usually had tears and tears after minimal use. These winter trousers are very durable, comfortable and warm. The pants cover the boots and keep everything dry. Good product.

They are well done. Thick, durable fabric. tight seam. Reinforced knees and buttocks. Size L is a good fit for a slim person (5ft 1in and 95lbs) to wear over thermal pants. You should probably order a size up if the owner has a waist, butt or leg as they are straight cut and the fabric does not stretch.

I'm 5" 3 and ordered the black large and they fit great when I used straps. I have a thin waist. I will definitely order them again when needed.

The snow pants seem to be well made and my grandson loved them. They are undersized. He usually wears size 20 skinny pants and the XL Husky suits him best.

Good quality. It has held up well after a hard day of skiing. It might be too hot but that depends on you and the temperature you are in.
