Review on SmarterU LMS by Douglas Davis

The ability to create courses, assign them as well as track assignments is very impressive. They also offer live sessions which are extremely helpful for learners who want hands-on assistance from an instructor or trainer without having to book a separate appointment. I dislike that there isn't a way to add additional lessons after the initial set up if you realize you forgot something. It's not really my problem but it can be frustrating at times when someone has already paid for their lesson/training and then finds out he didn't get all the information before signing off on payment. However this doesn't happen often enough to make me think twice about using them again. This software allows our team to train new hires across multiple locations while still keeping them close to home so we don't lose valuable employees because of distance.
