Easy to use - both for candidates and employers

I like how easy it is to use for both candidates as well employers! It's very user friendly so there are no problems with using this software when compared against other more expensive competitors out their which require lots of training before they're ready fo go live at full capacity (as far i'm aware). The only thing about work able was its price but if u compare our costs now we have much less than any competitor who has been around longer - maybe because everyone else knows what works…

Pros
  • Very intuitive, quick response times via email too.
Cons
  • Only downside really would be cost per se

Amazing program that will keep you out doing what your business needs done most

This software is amazing! It allows me to send all of my candidates through their onboarding process without them knowing it was coming from another agency because I am integrated with our client's CRM system.It also saves time by allowing us as recruiters to have everything we need within ONE platform. There are times where there can be confusion when working directly between different systems but if communication happens quickly this does not happen often. We use work able for multiple…

  • The ease that you receive candidate info into your email box upon submission; ability manage applicants once they're hired, etc., make life much easier than before especially compared against legacy platforms such as zoho or jobvite..not even mentioning traditional resume databases!!
Cons
  • Sometimes finding what people were looking specifically will take longer then expected..but i'm sure most employers don't mind waiting

Great platform that offers great functionality

I like how easily it is to use for both employers as well as candidates! It makes searching through resumes very easy with filters, sorting by resume type etc., which allows me to find exactly what i'm looking for much faster than if was just browsing online manually! The only thing so far has been an issue where when editing profiles there's no visual way of seeing changes until after submitting them without having to reload/refresh pages (I can't recall whether this happens every time but it…

JobMe works well but there were several times where i had problems

I like that it is a platform that allows you to post jobs and then allow people to apply for them. It is also easy to use and has a good customer service team. There are some issues with the platform, mainly with the application process. Some of the questions are ambiguous and you have to guess what they are asking. I also don't like that you can not create a new account without being logged in, so you have to have an account and then log in to create a new one. It is great for posting jobs…

Very helpful and user-friendly staffs

It is easy to use for freelancers because of its versatility as it has many different features which can be used by freelance workers easily without any difficulty at all!   • The best thing that attracted me towards workable was,its ease in managing clients alongwith various other things like billing ,time tracking.etc.and also good support system given here !!!! And finally when you look into your account page everything looks awesome too :)
