This software is amazing! It allows me to send all of my candidates through their onboarding process without them knowing it was coming from another agency because I am integrated with our client's CRM system.It also saves time by allowing us as recruiters to have everything we need within ONE platform.

There are times where there can be confusion when working directly between different systems but if communication happens quickly this does not happen often. We use work able for multiple clients so sometimes things do get lost here and there which makes tracking jobs across teams difficult at first until everyone gets used to having each other’s information stored together properly.
