Great way track work hours: Intertek Alchemy

The best part is it’s free! You can learn about your employees' performance in areas such as attendance, punctuality, job knowledge etc. It also gives you access to employee information (like contact info). I like how easy the system is to navigate through because there are very few options for searching or sorting. There isn't much customization available when using the app either. If you're looking for an online tool to help manage your workforce, this should be one of them. We've been able…

Intertek Alchemy - Great place with awesome people

I have been working for Intertek for 14 years now and have nothing but great experiences. They are constantly improving their safety and quality management process. Their leadership team is very proactive and listens to employees concerns. They try hard to keep employee satisfaction high. As a business owner it is difficult not to appreciate this! The benefits are so many I really dont know where to start! 1- Onsite Safety Training is easily accessible in one place.2-The Safety Dashboard allows employees to have access to information for their own safety.3-Customized Reports are easy to create and give you exactly what you need.4-Supervisor dashboard shows how well the department is performing in regards to safety.5-Easy communication between supervisor and employees via the SafeTALK app. There is nothing I dislike about this software…

Great System For Training Employees

It is easy for new employees to get familiarized with the system as it has a very user friendly interface. This program not only provides excellent training material but also allows us access to live webinars from time to time which are helpful in keeping our workforce up-to date when needed. Not much I dislike about this product except perhaps there could be more options within each level so you can customize your classes even further like having multiple choices within one class. Solid HR software that has helped our HR department grow and train our new employees efficiently

The program itself is easy to navigate. They have great customer service through live chat when you need help, which helps a lot! There are some things I don't like about it, but nothing too bad. We have been using this for several years now. With their software we are able to train new employees quickly rather then taking hours for them to get trained on old school methods.
