Review on Workable by Jerry Olson

I like how easily it is to use for both employers as well as candidates! It makes searching through resumes very easy with filters, sorting by resume type etc., which allows me to find exactly what i'm looking for much faster than if was just browsing online manually! The only thing so far has been an issue where when editing profiles there's no visual way of seeing changes until after submitting them without having to reload/refresh pages (I can't recall whether this happens every time but it did happen at least once). This isn't really too big of a deal since we're not actually using any profile features beyond basic settings such as email address and phone number - however its nice to be able to see updates instantly rather then have to wait till page refresh. We've used workable primarily during our recruiting process. There are some major benefits from being connected.
