I like that it is a platform that allows you to post jobs and then allow people to apply for them. It is also easy to use and has a good customer service team. There are some issues with the platform, mainly with the application process. Some of the questions are ambiguous and you have to guess what they are asking. I also don't like that you can not create a new account without being logged in, so you have to have an account and then log in to create a new one. It is great for posting jobs and creating applications. You can post jobs and then you can get an application list of people that want to apply. I like that you can filter the applications based on skills and experience.
