Great app - great support staff too: Clergo
I like how easy it is for us all in our office at least one person can see what everyone else has been working with during any given day if we are using that tool or have access via an application within their portal.
It's not really my favorite but there isn't much you dislike about this software as far as functionality goes. We use clermigo mainly because most people don’t know where each other lives when they first start having problems so being able to keep track of who did do something lets them fix those issues up front instead of later down the road which makes things easier overall!
Pros
- You just sign into your account, click submit ticket/change status without typing anything out..and voila!!! No stress no hassle everything gets reported appropriately even though sometimes its hard keeping everybody updated!! So helpful especially since many times these requests get lost over time (if ever) otherwise.it would take minutes vs hours trying find information again after months pass by between meetings etc..very useful once mastered :) Also great
