The capability of drawing different types of flows diagrams very quickly with their drag-and-drop interface. You can customize flows diagram to your need in just few minutes. There are some features they should not remove. Maybe, they could have more templates such as customizing reports from multiple companies that it would be easier if you were able to save that information and use it later when needed. I am using this software for process mapping of my business operations where we create flows between different areas/departments so as we build new products or services we will know what has been done before creating an update. The most useful is the fact that we can see all the bottlenecks in the process and see where it's happening in the system. It's easy to create new queues, link it to a team and start working on it. It's not the most intuitive. There are some things that are not very clear and easy to use. Also, it's a bit expensive. We're solving the problem of having all the bottlenecks in the process visible to everyone. It also helps us to easily understand the process.
