Easy, intuitive and user friendly for everyone

I like how easy it was to use! It's so simple you can't mess up!! We are able get our jobs done quickly with this system compared other systems we have used before (which were more complicated). There isn’t much else i dislike about route but maybe if there weren't any limits then they could make some improvements? Our team has been using ROUTE since late 2018 where all employees now share access through mobile devices or computers alike which makes things easier than ever from an admin side…

Pros
  • Easy for agents/end users as well allows us fast speeds, no limit & very efficient workflows.
  • Customer centric platform that puts people first in mind everytime
  • Allows ease across multiple platforms including desktops phones tablets etcetera

Great software especially when you just need something simple

I like how easy it was to set up our new system. We had a lot of systems that we were using to track our work and manage our team members, but this made it easier to keep everyone on the same page, and it also helped us with tracking our time and billing clients. It is very user friendly and easy to use. There are some features that could be improved, but they are working on those now. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a great way to organize their business. It has really…

Great tool for prospecting and managing sales outreach!

I like how easy it was to use with our team members using multiple platforms which made communication seamless across all levels within my organization. It would be great if there were more templates available so we could have better branding when creating new accounts or leads. We are able to communicate internally without having to email each other back-and forth via an internal messaging system. This has saved time by not needing people to call into meetings just to ask questions about…

  • I will say, however that I was unable to make full use of the platform when we were testing it

Easy to use- very intuitive; great customer support! I wish there were more robust reporting features - however this may be due mostly from our own internal team's lackadaisical approach towards updating/upgrading older reports or tracking analytics data over time. Great product though with an excellent staff behind it who will help you get up & running quickly once onboarded by answering your questions (we did not have any). We are able to track lead flow through all steps within each client…

Easy, efficient way of managing routes & drivers

I like how easy it was to set up my account with them! It's very intuitive and simple to use once you get used to it; just be patient when setting everything up because there are many options available so don't feel overwhelmed at first (I did). There were some things about their interface/user experience that didn’t make sense or seemed out-of place but overall they have been great thus far. We've made significant strides since we switched over from using our old system which took hours each…

  • Very helpful staff who is always willing help in solving issues as necessary for everyone involved
  • Customer support services team has also provided excellent technical assistance whenever needed along side other employees' feedback &amp suggestions
