bOS Pro License Review

I appreciate the fact that the bOS Pro license is a cloud-based solution. This allows me to access my data from anywhere in the world. I also appreciate how easy it is to use. What I like most about this product are all of its features that allows you to customize it according to your needs; also easy installation process which make things easier in terms of maintenance & management at once time period. I like that you can do things such as remote access from anywhere in the world with out having to be physically at work. It also allows me to view my schedule remotely without being there. The only thing i dislike about it is if something goes wrong they don't always have an answer immediately. If anything were to go down or break its best just to call them because most of their customer service reps are not very knowledgeable. They will usually tell you what part needs replacing but won't know

I've been using this software since they started their cloud service in 2013/2014. It's easy to use, intuitive (like most of their products), has great customer support and it works really well with my smart thermostats!
