Great software when you want your employee's mobile

The ease of use. The ability to create forms for specific needs. The ability to have multiple templates for the same process. The ability to customize forms for specific needs. Some of the form customization options are limited. The ease of use to employees and the ease of use to users who need to complete tasks for the company. Great tool used daily... especially during coronavirus

I like how simple it is for management, with all of our contacts in just one place! Being able to use this software across multiple platforms (mobile/desktop). The UI feels dated at times as well. Sometimes when we are trying to perform an action there’s really no way around having popups or ads appear that sometimes aren't relevant to us but serve to distract from what was intended originally. Also would love if there were separate tabs available so they didn't have to keep loading up another…

Simple and Effective Time Management Tool

I like that it's simple, easy-to-use platform for my team! It has helped us improve our time management skills by making sure we're always prepared with accurate information at all times. Sometimes, when working remotely or from home, there is not enough screen space available so this can sometimes be difficult to use. Great tool for sending mass messages

I like the ability to send an email to a group of employees and have them all respond at once. It is very easy to use and allows you to manage your employees and their schedules at a glance. The only thing I dislike is that it is not very intuitive to use. I am able to use the scheduling feature to set up an employee's schedule but am having a difficult time finding the "send email" feature. We had no idea how to use the system. It was very hard to understand and navigate. When I called to get assistance I got voice mail after a long wait. I couldn’t get hold of anyone and eventually gave up. I was expecting to find a helpful and friendly person who could walk me through the process and answer my questions. Instead, I received a rude message. I am glad I didn’t continue with the purchase. I would have wasted time and money. They offer many different ways to do reviews. But it does

  • I was able to speak to someone right away.
  • They have lots of options and customization, including making the dashboards look nice.

  • I waited a while before I spoke to someone
  • It took me quite a while to figure out how to go back to a dashboard and add new data
  • There were times when I needed help with a specific task and wasn’t sure how to do it
