Review on Sparkrock 365 by David Naranjo

I like its UI that is very simple, easy-to use with excellent customer support (inclamp chat). It's not as feature rich compared other similar products but still it has all features you need in an ERP solution for your organization. A one stop shop of IT services management platform from billing through provisioning including end user device enablement and security & data loss prevention. I love the flexibility it gives me to manage my team remotely and in-person. The ability to create custom reports and dashboards is a great feature. It would be nice if it was possible to create custom fields that weren't available in the standard list of fields. We are able to track time and manage time off and vacation requests. It has also helped us create a more efficient onboarding process.
