We had no idea how to use the system. It was very hard to understand and navigate. When I called to get assistance I got voice mail after a long wait. I couldn’t get hold of anyone and eventually gave up. I was expecting to find a helpful and friendly person who could walk me through the process and answer my questions. Instead, I received a rude message. I am glad I didn’t continue with the purchase. I would have wasted time and money. They offer many different ways to do reviews. But it does take some work. If you just want an email or text response then they will send one back quickly and easily. However if you ask them to post your comments as a blog entry, which you may prefer because its easier for others to read, there might be delays. In general though, once you know where things are, navigating isn’t too difficult.
