Great product - Would recommend but needs some improvements

The system is extremely user friendly. The maintenance teams can access the system directly using their mobile phones. The system is relatively easy to use. The system is very flexible and allows a lot of customization. The system can be used for multiple types of maintenance. The system is not integrated with other systems such as ERP, WMS, etc. The system is very expensive. The system is not very user friendly.   • User friendly interface simple but effective layout.
  • Ability search through job site inventory history in order date wise (ease) without having go thru individual pages or scroll back months worth records just look up dates range from 3 weeks ago forward.etc., much simpler then old procedure I've been doing since year 2000..if memory serves correct : ) :)I think i'm due

Fastest Deployment Once Setup and Tricky To Understand

It's fast to deploy once you have all of it set up!It can be very confusing at times but I think that most companies are using some version if this product now so there isn't much new being introduced anymore by other competitors making their products faster/more powerful etc.. Have an idea what type system they currently run before deciding which option would work best with them as well since each has its own specific features we need help from our techs knowing those specifics when choosing…

  • Very easy deployment
  • No downtime for clients or employees during maintenance
  • Reduced response time, even in peak business periods (like holidays) customers report reduced wait times while waiting outside your shop door instead inside where others may not appreciate such issues like traffic congestion & safety concerns.
  • Easy rollback procedures make life easier too should something go wrong.

FastMain is such good software especially useful

I like that it's very easy to navigate through all of my jobs with this program! It really helps me keep track of everything from start date/ time until completion as well as any issues we may encounter during our job. The customer service has been great too - they are always willing to help us out if there ever was an issue. Nothing so far but their support team does respond quickly when you do need assistance and make things easier than having someone else call them up every single step along

  • Not really an expert in coding so I am not sure how much support there is available for people who do not know how to code
  • I did not find out what are their prices until after I purchased it
  • No pricing table on their website so I couldn't check if it's cheaper than others
