The best thing about this software is that it provides easy navigation from one screen to another without any interruptions in your workflow. It's very helpful for managing multiple projects at once. I've tried other similar products (like ServiceDesk Plus) and I would rather pay $50-$100/month instead of $1000+ per month. If you want something where all your data stays local on-premise, this isn't for you. They don't allow for offsite backup or even replication. That's a dealbreaker for me since my datacenter has no Internet access.. so everything must stay within the firewall. But otherwise, it's great stuff!
