Great option with low cost per user

I like that it's super simple to add new devices from anywhere in our organization as well as easy for technicians (and managers) who are remote or not fully trained yet - they can easily create an account without needing any specific training! It would be nice if we could have more customization options within each category of device such as screen resolution/size etc., but this is something you'd need support for anyway so no real loss here! Good software for managing multiple projects

The best thing about this software is that it provides easy navigation from one screen to another without any interruptions in your workflow. It's very helpful for managing multiple projects at once. I also like its ability to create custom forms as per requirements of my project. Great way and platform when using remotely

I like how easy it is to use this software for all my different job duties! It's very user friendly so that anyone can be able get up in no time at what they need help of doing or needing assistance from someone else who knows more about their specific task than themself!! I've tried other similar products (like ServiceDesk Plus) and I would rather pay $50-$100/month instead of $1000+ per month. If you want something where all your data stays local on-premise, this isn't for you. They don't allow for offsite backup or even replication. That's a dealbreaker for me since my datacenter has no Internet access.. so everything must stay within the firewall. But otherwise, it's great stuff!
