I like the ease of use. The system is easy to navigate and understand. It also has many features that are not available in other software programs such as Asset Management. We have used this software for over 3 years now and it has never let us down. The customer support from Carl Source has been great. They have always responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. The ease with which we can access information from our vehicles is what makes it stand out in comparison other vendors I have used before! It would be nice if you could view your vehicle history without logging into their website each time though - that was one thing they improved upon when upgrading but now there are issues where this isn't possible (i think?). I like how easy it is for me as an employee or manager/supervisor alike! It allows us in our department (Asset Maintenance) access all information about assets we have at any given time without having that data scattered amongst different systems from other departments within my organization.
