Easy to use and allows access to ALL systems (Landlords, Maintenance, Asset Management, Leasing) - it gives the Landlord the opportunity to look after their property and be assured that every single piece of equipment is up to date, all information is readily available and that the assets are serviced efficiently. In addition to this, the system provides them with the ability to manage their properties using a mobile app that provides them with access to their buildings 24/7. I would like to see some more features added such as being able to edit an existing item or add another one, i think its very important to be able to change any detail of your asset once you find something wrong with it so you don't end up paying twice for the same thing! Also having multiple locations within the software might make things easier for landlords who want to run two businesses from the same building.
