The best thing about fixd is that it has an easy to use interface which makes finding what you need very simple. It also allows for multiple companies with different systems to be connected together in one place so all information can easily flow from system to system. I don't have any dislikes at this time but if i had something I would love to see more functionality added such as being able to connect to other non-fixd software programs like accounting or payroll.

Not much else comes immediately come up here though once entering data correctly within each section/form etc..it seems pretty straight forward after inputting correct info per entry screen (and double checking again)

The ability to view all work orders in one place makes it easy for our team members to quickly identify any outstanding issues or requests that need attention from an engineer. I wish there were more options available when creating new work orders. It would be nice if we could assign multiple people at once instead of having to go into each person's profile page individually. This product has been very helpful with streamlining our workflow process.

Easy way organize my engineers' tickets
Easily searchable information about who is assigned which ticket, etc.
Ability find out where your engineering employees stand within their daily tasks this helps you know how much slack time (free hours) should exist between shifts/work days
This is something i haven't seen in other products before. Allowing technicians to enter their own hours was a game changer for us, since many people who use other tools forget to enter their hours into them. Other people use it too!
Overall it has made my job so much easier. As well as being able to manage invoices for customers and collect money for repairs/repairs completed, it gives us peace of mind knowing all of our equipment is safe and secured.

Allows you to do everything you'd expect from a tool such as repair order entry (which I've been looking for!).
