It's great! The interface is very intuitive and user friendly.
This is something i haven't seen in other products before. Allowing technicians to enter their own hours was a game changer for us, since many people who use other tools forget to enter their hours into them. Other people use it too! Overall it has made my job so much easier. As well as being able to manage invoices for customers and collect money for repairs/repairs completed, it gives us peace of mind knowing all of our equipment is safe and secured. I'd definitely recommend this software to anyone looking for a good, reliable tool for managing all of their maintenance activities.
Pros
- Easy to install and setup - we're already up and running within 10 minutes.
- Allows you to do everything you'd expect from a tool such as repair order entry (which I've been looking for!).
Cons
- We have a company-wide accounting system which includes invoicing capabilities
