Type of review

It is very simple to use even with basic knowledge of computer systems, it gives you all your tools needed when dealing in service managment as well as keeping records up-to date so no worries there! I have not really found anything i dislike about this product other than perhaps they could improve their customer support department but thats just my opinion!! As long ago mentioned above its great tool if used correctly which can only be achieved by using any type or system such us Gnumeric etc…

Pros
  • Has everything anyone would need for work management
  • Easy enough that anybody should get along fine learning how too operate within
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Great product that improves efficiency

I like how easy it is to use, and how good of an interface it has. I dislike how slow it can be when working with large projects. It takes a long time to load or create a new project. Sometimes it will freeze up too. It would be nice if there was a way to export your data to another program so you could have more control over what information gets sent to other programs. If you are looking for a great tool for tracking work orders, this is definitely worth checking out. We use it as our main…

Pros
  • Easy access
  • Great organization features
  • Very user friendly softwareCons : Slow loading times in larger files
Cons
  • All fine

User friendly platform for tracking field services and projects

I like how easy it is to use, especially with its mobile app! It's very intuitive as well. The only thing I dislike about GNU MIMS is how you have to pay monthly fees if your organization doesn't meet certain requirements (which are pretty low). If this isn't an issue then there really aren't many downsides at all. Make sure whoever uses GNUMIS has previous experience using other programs such as Excel or Word because some of their menus can be confusing when first starting out. Tracking work…

Pros
  • The ability to keep track of work orders and tasks from any computer with internet access
Cons
  • The monthly fees are somewhat expensive as well

I'm trying to find a way to schedule my own maintenance services in our office so that i don't get overwhelmed by the amount of work that comes through the door every week. As i'm sure you know, if you're in the maintenance business, you'll never make money unless you automate some processes. This is what gnuMims does. It helps us organize and prioritize tasks and assigns them automatically when possible. We have made sure that this program works exactly how we want it to. It's the best thing…

Pros
  • The GUI is easy to understand and navigate
  • It's very customizable
Cons
  • It took us a while to get everything configured properly
  • We still have to manually update it once or twice a month because we have to add new tasks and delete old ones.
  • There are times when it will not recognize that you've changed a task and it will think that you're still on the original task instead of changing to another one.
