I'm trying to find a way to schedule my own maintenance services in our office so that i don't get overwhelmed by the amount of work that comes through the door every week. It helps us organize and prioritize tasks and assigns them automatically when possible. We have made sure that this program works exactly how we want it to. It's the best thing that ever happened to our department. The job isn't nearly as stressful now. And the staff doesn't get bogged down by getting rid of all those paper files. Plus, it's saved me hours upon hours of time that could have been spent doing other important things. My only complaint is that sometimes it gets slow during peak times (like right after lunch) and then everyone starts asking "Why isn't it working?" But we can handle that!
