I ordered the u shaped sectional and was not disappointed. 6 boxes were delivered in about 5 days. So super fast! When the got here they were in tact clean and ready to assemble. It took 40 minutes for one person out the box and it was super easy. The instructions were simple and intuitive. The picture is on the dimmest setting in my kitchen hanging from a cabinet door. It light the room enough to keep from by bumping into something. It started light all night until I woke up there next morning. I will probably get another as in Texas or grid is not great in cold weather. Live that it charges by solar power, and impressed by how well it luminates a space when blown up. Very lightweight and imagine it works be wonderful for camping.See full review

I used it only a few days and improvement is visible and felt.I will say, it ultimately depends on the person who uses it and how they use it.I recommend high intensity workouts to optimize results. I jump rope. I've been doing like 2 sets of 30 minutes and cutting my calorie intake. I ordered the larger size because I have a manduka pro and the sizing should've fit perfectly. Instead it's a few inches larger than my mat and I can only use the corner holds on one end and need to tuck the excess under my mat on the other end.Other than the size issue, this is a great product. Pro: It's quite snazzy, and my family thinks it's great.Con: It's stinky. Holy cow did it stink. Like, going into Harbor Freight in the tire section, stinky.I hung it out in the sun and wind for two days, and that didn't help at all.I washed it in a tub with body soap. The water become quite dark and vile. My hands absorbed the stink, and held it for over 18 hours despite repeated washings with dish soap. I let it soak in the tub over night. I love the first grip I bought from this company which was for the Apple Pencil 1st generation.
