Soft and stretchy: my feedback
I bought this as an option for Halloween but it was too tight. I'm a size 2 and ordered a small and I couldn't breath even with the stretch so I returned it. But I'm still giving it a 5 star bc it was soft, well made and looked good on. I wish I got a medium.
