I used it only a few days and improvement is visible and felt.I will say, it ultimately depends on the person who uses it and how they use it.I recommend high intensity workouts to optimize results. I jump rope. I've been doing like 2 sets of 30 minutes and cutting my calorie intake. I've been doing this prior to the vest and it's been an uphill battle.The immediate results will only encourage you to work out more. I'm a skeptical person.The only knock is it’s a chore to take off but it comes with the territory.
