Pairs well with the sauna

I have a sauna at home, I use it to relieve muscle pain, relaxation, and to relieve hangovers. I have found that sweating helps especially with the latter, and even though I am prone to sweating anyway, this vest facilitates the process and help me get over it faster. Before you judge me for the occasional hangover, I get them if I drink as little as two drinks most of the time and its gotten worse with age. This vest fits true to size, feels good, and supports the process.

The best! in my review

I recommend buying it. I wear this when I worked, and It makes sweat ALOT. I did lose a lot of weight wearing it when I would go out for a run too. Very comfortable to wear. I bought this when I weight 242 and wearing this I lost 35 pounds in 3 months.

This thing will make you sweat!

This thing works! I normally wear a different brand waist sweat thing, but I wanted to test out a vest to sweat more on my back and chest. While running on the treadmill, I did feel the heat coming on. I sweat a lot. But when I went to the bathroom to shower, my boxers briefs and shorts were SOAKED. I’ve never sweat that much ever. I definitely look forward to running again to sweat the fat off. I’m 5’8, 200lbs. 36” waist. The large fit perfect.

You get what you put in

I’m 6’ 210lbs and an XL fits nicely. Anyone who’s ever worn a wet suit knows they’re difficult to remove. Wear a cool dry shirt (rash guard) underneath like surfers due. The vest is not magic folks. You still have to eat healthy and exercise. It’s a tool to help you obtain your goals. If you’re not willing to do this don’t waist your time.

It Actually Works best in my review

I used it only a few days and improvement is visible and felt.I will say, it ultimately depends on the person who uses it and how they use it.I recommend high intensity workouts to optimize results. I jump rope. I've been doing like 2 sets of 30 minutes and cutting my calorie intake. I've been doing this prior to the vest and it's been an uphill battle.The immediate results will only encourage you to work out more. Not what i expected

I would give 5 stars but i decided 4 . Why ? Heres the reason its not neoprene its like breathable cloth you will sweat a lil bit when its on i just wished it was made out of rubbery material so ot would be more intense sweat on my boxing sessions. I ordered XL and it fit me like a glove i aldo wear XL shirts so its 100% true fit .

This thing will Really have u sweating, even just on a hot day out just walking, you will sweat, doesn't hold on to smell so u don't stink after a run. It rises a little and the bottom but its a good fit and hold around mid section. Good buy

Good quality material. I got a size bigger than what I wear. The chest area fits tight and rubs a little around armpits. The shirt needs to taper around abdomen. Straight fit.

This really works and you'll lose water weight and fat. I have always used those sweat suits from sporting good stores that made you feel like you were wearing a trash bag. Not this vest. You will sweat like you never have. I've worn this on my treadmill and my shoes get soaked from all the sweat. You should get a size up. I wear large shirt size and got both a large and xl. Fit very well, Easy to remove, No itch, Durability

I'm 5'.5" tall and my belly and waist fat make my waist size about 38" than the original 34", for that reason I did order of XL size, it is very easy to put and remove for me and does not cause me itching, also I could wash it on my whashing machine and do not broke or separate into pieces, I recommend do use of Whoolite Everyday detergent.

Excellent material purchase this for my husband which he uses for running or working out in the gym just to get that extra sweat Eric rid of water weight definitely you will notice more sweating while working out on it I would recommend getting a size up than your normal shirt size because it is difficult to takeoff once wet

Perfect workout addition

This sauna vest is an awesome addition to any workout if you want extra sweat. I bought a large and its a but on the tighter/size but perfect for more results. Its comfortable and does not bother me while working out. Would recommend this over the waist trimmer ones.
