I’m 6’ 210lbs and an XL fits nicely. Anyone who’s ever worn a wet suit knows they’re difficult to remove. Wear a cool dry shirt (rash guard) underneath like surfers due. The vest is not magic folks. You still have to eat healthy and exercise. It’s a tool to help you obtain your goals. If you’re not willing to do this don’t waist your time.
